The Chupacabras is back!

This morning on my way to work, I was listening to the news that the "Chupacabras" was back. What is the Chupacabras? It's a legendary creature that comes at different times of day and attacks animals (farm animals), and people. People have seen glimpses of it but there is not a picture of it. The only thing we have are tales and stories of its attacks. Here is a picture and a link to the latest report.
