I had my first PLC meeting today at work, These meetings are required by the State of California. I thought it was going to be boring but I was wrong it was actually interesting. We had to come up with five strategies or norms to complete and submit for our future Department meeting. We came up with the following:
- Start and end meetings on time
- Collaboration/Sharing materials
- Class Grading Policies discussions
- Set Goals for Accoplishments
- Gather Evidence for WASC
